
I moved to Barcelona for my Master's degree in Finance. During my studies, I started looking for a remote part-time job to gain work experience alongside my studies. I quickly realized how inefficient and slow the application process can be: job postings were unclear, responses took a long time, and for some positions, I didn't receive any responses at all.
That experience exposed a structural problem in the labor market, especially for students and starters looking for flexibility and transparency.
