Mission
I moved to Barcelona for my Master's degree in Finance. During my studies, I started looking for a remote part-time job to gain work experience alongside my studies. I quickly realized how inefficient and slow the application process can be: job postings were unclear, responses took a long time, and for some positions, I didn't receive any responses at all.
That experience exposed a structural problem in the labor market, especially for students and starters looking for flexibility and transparency.
These insights led to the creation of GlobalRemote
With GlobalRemote, we aim to innovate the traditional recruitment process by combining technology, transparency, and user-friendliness. We use artificial intelligence to make the application process more efficient, fairer, and faster for both candidates and companies.
Globalremote represents a new approach to recruitment: digital, transparent, and future-focused. We help young professionals find their place faster and support companies in attracting the right talent.
